POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the general oversight and day-to-day operation and coordination of all fundraising development and outreach, including, but not limited to, sponsorships, grants, special events and event management, marketing and communications, and community outreach. Lead a team of volunteers and interns in the achievement of the TBBCF Development and Outreach goals.

Position also works in close partnership with the Director of Operations and contributes to the development and implementation of TBBCF’s strategic plans, goals, policies and practices. The management of the Foundation’s signature fundraising event, TBBCF Walk for a Cure, falls under the Director of Operations. This position will report to and interact regularly with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Board.

Hours average to 12 to 15 per week but vary by month.
