2023 TBBCF Walk Chair

Since 2009, Carley Warzecha has walked the walk. Literally.
Carley, who was named the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation 2023 Walk chairperson, has completed the full marathon nine times. Her involvement in the Walk and with TBBCF over the years is just one of the reasons why she was invited to steer this year’s Walk.
“As the new Walk Chair, I hope to bring a fresh set of eyes to the operations side of the event,” she said. “I am excited to be able to incorporate my experiences and ideas from a different perspective.”
Carley said that in the short time she’s been in the role, she’s seen first-hand “how dedicated and invested the board of directors and volunteers are.”
“It feels great to be a part of such a committed team, and I look forward to seeing how we all individually and collaboratively contribute to the big picture,” she said.
Carley described herself as “open-minded, and excited for new experiences.”
“I am a firm believer in the saying, ‘Opportunity doesn’t need to knock on your door if your door is always open,’” she shared. “This mindset has allowed me to share some incredible experiences with my family and friends, who are the most important to me!”
In Carley Warzecha, the TBBCF Walk has both a champion and an innovator.
