Claudia was encouraged by Marianne Esposito to join in the walk and fundraise her first year of involvement.
From that first walk forward, I was hooked into the Foundation and its efforts. So, I had to continue to support this exceptional organization. I am a two-time breast cancer survivor and have always been involved in breast cancer non-profits starting with years at Y-Me, serving on their board and chairing their golf tournaments to participating in other volunteer activities. I am proud to be a part of TBBCF and its work.
The walk experience is great. It is so wonderful to know that 100% of what you raise by individuals sponsoring your walk, goes directly to breast cancer research. The walk is extremely well run and well respected. It is an exceptionally moving and positive experience for all involved!
As a volunteer for the Foundation, it is fulfilling to know that you are supporting such a transparent and well managed organization. From the processes for soliciting grant requests, their review and selection to the management of the walk and fundraising efforts, you can rest assured that the organization is beyond reproach in honesty and integrity.”
